Almond and Cacao Overnight Oats
Vegan, Gluten Free, and Soy Free
Prep time: 10 minutes
1 cup almond milk
2 tbsp organic maple syrup
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp cacao (or cocoa powder)
1 tbsp chia seed
2/3 cup organic rolled oats (or gluten free oats)
Optional topping: cacao nibs, vegan chocolate chips, chopped almonds, sliced banana...
Place all ingredients except for oats and toppings in a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Add oats to your preferred container (mason jars work great!) and pour the blended ingredients over top. Stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate over night. In the morning, stir and top with additional toppings if you prefer. Serve cold.
