Vegan, Gluten Free, Soy Free, Refined Sugar Free
I'm not going to lie, I am obsessed with berries. Give me all the berries! One of the best things about Spring and early Summer are all the fruits that come back to the markets, and at reasonable prices! And then theres berry picking, which I always tend to go overboard with. Luckily I live in Oregon where the climate is just right to grow the perfect berries; Marionberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, Huckleberries, Elderberries, Thimbleberries. I've even been known to pick the wild blackberries that grew in my neighbors yard. I got buckets and buckets of them! Don't worry- he didn't care for his yard and they just grew out of control so I couldn't just let those perfect delicious berries go to waste! It would have been so wrong!
Anyways, what I'm trying to say is, for the next three months expect many of my recipes to be all about berries. I'll probably try to incorporate them as much as possible because they're just so tasty, and they aren't so bad when it comes to their health benefits either!
