I have never been a coffee drinker and I was never a tea drinker until I spent a summer working at an advertising agency in Dublin, Ireland. That summer I was introduced to many new things, including my love for tea. The advertising agency had a large supply of English teas in their break room, so I tried many different kinds and I was hooked! Ever since then, there hasn't been a tea that I've tried that I didn't like. Well, except for matcha...that tastes like seaweed.
Lately I've been loving the flavors of Earl Grey tea mixed in pastries and paired with fruit. The flavors of the tea combine so nicely with the sweetness of fresh fruit. I decided to try this combination in a new granola recipe and the results did not disappoint. In fact, the whole family gobbled up this recipe so fast that it was gone in less than 36 hours! This recipe is super quick to throw together, only takes 20-25 minutes to bake, and keeps in an airtight container for a few weeks! But I bet its all gone before then :)
