Mexican Chocolate Mousse

Vegan, Gluten Free, Soy Free
Serves 2
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cost: $4.60*

1 large avocado
3 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp almond milk
2 tbsp cocoa or cacao
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Dash of cayenne

Optional toppings: 2 tbsp vegan chocolate chips melted, additional dash of cayenne.

Add all ingredients to a food processor.  Blend on high until smooth.  Scoop out into a dish and refrigerate until ready to serve.  Top with melted chocolate and more cayenne.
